Tips for purchasing on TIX:
Create a TIX account PRIOR to ticket sales day.
Make sure your address in TIX matches the billing address of the card you are using to purchase your ticket - otherwise your sale will NOT go through.
If you attempted to purchase a ticket and did not receive a confirmation, you may see a pending charge on your credit card. This will go away.
Ticket charges come through on your bank statement as “Rutgers Student Fee”.

FAQs
I attempted to purchase tickets, but my card declined.
If your card was declined likely because the address on your TIX account does not match the billing address on the card you are using. If you are seeing pending transactions on your bank’s site, these are just pending and will go away in a couple of days. The bank is showing the attempted, but not completed charges. If the event has not sold out, there may still be tickets available, so please change your billing address in TIX to match the billing address of the card you are using and try again.”
I’m a photographer, can I get media passes for the show?
We are exclusively working with photographers from our department’s media team and will not have any outside media for this show.
Can I bring my camera to the show?
No professional cameras will be permitted in the venue, including but not limited to DSLRs and cameras with removable lenses.
Will there be tickets available to the public?
At this time, the show is Rutgers students only.
I purchased tickets, but longer want them. Can I resale?
Resales have to be sold at face value. Once sold, the ticket should be emailed to the purchaser. A Rutgers student ticket can only be sold to another Rutgers student. Anyone using a student ticket to check in, will be asked to show their student ID.
I purchased a ticket directly from someone, but my name is not on the ticket.
If you purchased your ticket from someone, your name does not have to match the ticket, but you will need to present your RU ID along with the ticket upon arrival.
