Each week, a RUPA member(s) is selected for RUPA WHO! This distinction is reserved for a fellow RUPAL who has gone above and beyond what is expected from their RUPA role! Each week, the RUPA WHO gets to sign the famous RUPA frame which is posted in the office at the end of the year showcasing that year’s respective council! Check out this week’s RUPA WHO!
